PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA

(PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY)

As a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher with extensive experience supporting expectant and new mothers, I offer individualized sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.

 

For years, I have guided pregnant women through safe, nurturing movement, breathwork, and somatic practices that ease discomfort, build strength, and prepare the body and nervous system for birth. I’ve also taught mom-and-baby classes and supported many women through their postpartum recovery with gentle, restorative, and deeply supportive practices.

 

In private sessions, you receive personalized attention, adapted sequences, and specialized care - honoring your body, your energy, and your unique pace during pregnancy and after birth.
